Who We Are
Jake Jenkins is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) and the owner of Outline Surveying and Mapping. Born and raised in Gilmer, Texas, Jake brings both hometown pride and extensive industry experience to every project he undertakes.
He earned his degree in Surveying from Tyler Junior College and spent ten years in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex working with national surveying firms. During that time, Jake became a Registered Professional Land Surveyor and managed a wide range of residential and commercial projects, developing a reputation for precision, reliability, and strong project coordination.
Jake returned to Gilmer in 2025 to establish Outline Surveying and Mapping. His goal is to provide accurate, dependable surveying services while serving the community that shaped him. With a blend of big-market experience and local commitment, Jake is dedicated to delivering quality results and clear communication on every job.
